Thanks to a game-winning 3-point bomb from Anthony Davis in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Sunday, the Los Angeles Lakers will stroll into the third game of their series against the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday with a 2-0 lead in the series. If they win again on Tuesday, they’ll only need five more wins to secure a championship.

The team’s success this year hasn’t been all that surprising in the aggregate, and when you consider their star talent, but what has been eye-opening is how tight-knit this group has become in such a short amount of time. And now, after they’ve found themselves in an alien environment with only each other to depend on, that chemistry has become one of their biggest strengths, which brings us to today’s episode.

On this week’s edition of “Talk-O Tuesday,” on a Monday, our hosts Alex Padilla and Alex Regla spend the majority of the show discussing how camaraderie the Lakers have built throughout the season has actually prepared them for the NBA playoffs. After that, the two discuss what they’ve seen thus far against the Nuggets and give their predictions on how the rest of the series might go.
