The NBA has been suspended for almost two months now, and there’s a good chance it will at least another two months until it returns. However, going into May, the general consensus seems to be that it’s a matter of “when” the NBA season will return, not “if,” which wasn’t the case just a few weeks ago.

On today’s episode of “Can U Dig It?”, Christian and Jacob discussed the latest developments on the ongoing discussions surrounding the NBA’s return. Most of the important developments were unearthed in Adrian Wojnarowski’s latest for ESPN, but there were a handful of other reports that helped paint a fuller picture of where the league is at right now.

After going over every scenario that’s been brought up over the past two months, Christian and Jacob made their predictions about where the NBA season will resume, when games will start to be played again and what the games might look like — both in stadium and for the viewers at home. The two most popular venues being discussed at the moment are Las Vegas and Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, according to Wojnarowski.

They also wrapped up LeBron James’ busy morning on social media, from his tweet that said he wanted to finish the season, to his reveal of the “Space Jam 2” logo and title on his Instagram story. For a league that hasn’t played in a while, the NBA sure had a lot going on Thursday.

Hopefully, with time, a busy day in the NBA will slowly start to become the norm again — Lord knows we miss it.
