Everyone’s path to becoming a Lakers fan is different — some are born into it, while others don’t find that connection until much later in life.

On Monday, we asked our followers on Twitter how they became Lakers fans, and on this week’s episode of “Lakers, Explained,” Christian and Harrison went through their favorite responses — from a fan who was born during a Lakers game, to a fan that was inspired by LaVar Ball, the outspoken father of the No. 2 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Lonzo Ball.

No, seriously.

Christian and Harrison also shared their stories of how they became Lakers fans, and they reflected on some of their most memorable (and forgettable) moments in the years since.

If you want to check out the Twitter thread that so many of you have already responded to, you can do so below. You can also add to the thread with your own personal stories, even though the podcast has already been recorded.

If Twitter’s not your thing, or you just need more characters to tell the story of how you became a Lakers fans, feel free to leave a comment below — we love to hear how about how everyone became a part of this huge, crazy family. Let’s all reminisce together in the comments.
