While it’s didn’t always seem like the probable outcome, the NBA was able to finish the 2019-20 season at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, and the Los Angeles Lakers were the team that raised the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy at the end of it. It was a great season. A long season, but a great one.

Now, we’re officially in the offseason, but before we here at Silver Screen & Roll dive into offseason mode head-first, we’re going to do season reviews for every player on the Lakers’ championship-winning roster every day for the next week or so. To kick things off for our podcast network, Jacob and Christian handed out grades to every player on this week’s episode of “Can U Dig It?”

Unlike the profiles that will be posted on the site, the grades handed out on this podcast are quick-hitters with little-to-no statistical analysis. However, there’s still plenty to talk about with this roster even without completely unpacking all of the ways they helped (or hurt) the Lakers on the court this season.

Jacob and Christian also talked about Game 7 of National League Championship Series. If you’re not a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Atlanta Braves or baseball in general, you can skip to the three minute mark of the podcast.

You can listen to the entire episode in the player below, and to make sure you never miss a single one moving forward, subscribe to the Silver Screen and Roll podcast feed on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher or Google Podcasts.
