Anthony Davis appeared in the new NBA 2K20 trailer wearing his Lakers uniform, and he doesn’t look bad at all.

In just three days, basketball fans from all over the world will have the opportunity to get their hands on a copy of NBA 2K20, which will feature Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis on the cover this year.

Davis has been a 2K cover star in the past but instead of being one of three cover stars like he was in 2016, he’ll be the lone star this year. It’s for that reason Davis took center stage in 2K’s latest trailer, in which he can be seen wearing his brand new Lakers uniform over his signature white t-shirt for the first time.

Davis will be the second highest-rated player on the Lakers this season with a 94 overall rating. Last year, Brandon Ingram had the second-highest rating on the team (82) behind LeBron James, who had a 98 overall rating. This year, James leads Los Angeles with a 97 overall rating, which, despite being one point lower than last year, is the highest rating in the game. Kawhi Leonard is the only other player with a 97 overall rating this year.

Leonard and his LA Clippers teammate Paul George will be in the conversation for “most dominant duo in the NBA” all season, but for now, James and Davis are the highest-rated duo in NBA 2K20 with an average overall rating of 95.5.

Kyle Kuzma rounds out the Lakers’ top-three with an 84 overall rating, which is a notably higher rating than Lou Williams (84), Danilo Gallinari (83), Kevin Love (83) and Marc Gasol (82).

The Lakers might have some growing pains to start the season, but at the very least, they’ll be a fun team to with on NBA 2K20. The game is still available for pre-order at nba.2K.com.
