Russell Westbrook honored Nipsey Hussle with a historic night against the Los Angeles Lakers and in the process, aided L.A.’s lottery odds. All-in-all, it was about as productive a night as anyone could hope for.

Today’s podcasts break down last night and look ahead to some free agency and coaching decisions the organization will have to make.

Show Tiempo

Alex Padilla and Jordan Carruth are back with Show Tiempo. The guys talk about the Lakers-Thunder game, in which history was made. Russell Westbrook became the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 to record a 20-20-20 game. Westbrook finished the game with 20 points, 21 assists and 20 rebounds.

The Lakers have won four of their last six since they were eliminated from the playoffs.

They update the latest chances from tankathon.com on the probability the Lakers can land the top pick in the NBA draft, and also their chances of landing a top-10 pick.

BetOnline also released odds of who will be the Lakers head coach next season. Jordan and Alex went through the list, and talked about which coaches excite them, which coaches they think fit and what names should be removed from the list.

Listen below for their entire conversation and, for more Lakers talk, subscribe to the Silver Screen and Roll podcast feed on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher or Google Podcasts.

Locked on Lakers

Following the Lakers’ loss to OKC, Pete and I marvel at Westbrook’s insane night. Joke about stat-chasing all you want, but that was incredible, especially if you take into account the inspiration behind it.

We then turned our attention back to the Lakers, and more specifically Rajon Rondo, whom neither of us want back on the team next season. We give our reasons why on that subject, and then extended the conversation about Lakers free agents to be to the rest of the roster.

You can listen to the entire episode below, and make sure to subscribe on iTunes, where you can also leave questions in the form of a five-star review to guarantee your topic makes the show.
