NBA Jam is one of the most iconic — if not the most iconic — basketball game of all time. Released as an arcade game in 1993, NBA Jam’s unique play-by-play commentary by Tim Kitzkrow and caricature-style models made it unlike any basketball game out there, and there’s still not one just like it to this day.
Our friends at Homage are paying, well, homage to the game with their brand new line of NBA Jam hoodies. The NBA Jam t-shirts are already a hit, but with temperatures starting to drop, Homage decided to throw their designs on a soft and comfortable new hoodie.
The Lakers are represented by Kyle Kuzma and Anthony Davis, who head coach Frank Vogel will likely close games with at the 4 and 5, respectively, in the postseason. Here’s a look at the gold (not banana yellow) hoodie with Davis and Kuzma’s mug on it:

In total, there are seven new NBA Jam hoodies, including one that says “He’s on fire,” and “Boom shaka laka” — two of Kitzkrow’s siganture catch phrases. What does boom shaka laka mean? The world may never know.
The hoodies retail for $70 on homage.com, but if you buy one before Sunday, you can get yours for $10 off or, if your order exceeds $75 before tax, $20 off. Either way, it’s a win.
If for whatever reason you can’t order one by this weekend, that’s fine, but you can’t wait too long because these hoodies are only available through Saturday, Nov. 29. After that, Homage will switch gears to another campaign that Lakers fans will like just as much, if not more.
