There seems to be a reoccurring theme with these Paul George rumors.

Popular sports betting site Bovada released their odds for where Paul George will end up this summer and to no surprise, the Los Angeles Lakers are heavy favorites to land the five-time All-Star.

According to Bovada, the Lakers are -200 to sign George this summer, ahead of the Oklahoma City Thunder (+400) and the Philadelphia 76ers (+600).

On the opposite side of the spectrum, the New York Knicks (+1800) and the New Orleans Pelicans (+1800) are tied for the team least likely to have George on their roster come opening night.

Here’s the full odds board (H/T UPROXX):

What team will Paul George Play for on Game 1 of the 2018-2019 Season?

Los Angeles Lakers 1/2

Oklahoma City Thunder 4/1

Philadelphia 76ers 6/1

Indiana Pacers 9/1

Cleveland Cavaliers 9/1

Los Angeles Clippers 9/1

New Orleans Pelicans 18/1

New York Knicks 18/1

This mirrors the report from Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post that the Lakers are still considered “favorites” to land George among most NBA circles. You’d think the Lakers are safest bet given all of this information, right?

Well, there are still some conflicting reports that suggest George might not be done in Oklahoma City after all. According to Chris Haynes of ESPN, a source close to George told him that he “wouldn’t be surprised” if George re-signed with the Thunder.

Which of these two reports is more accurate? No one knows but George himself, however, after being spotted at Disneyland with his family the day before undergoing a left knee scope, it doesn’t look like George is any hurry to get back to Oklahoma City.

Who knows? Maybe George and Leonard will catch a Dodgers game while they’re both in town and talk about fishing. Yeah, that’s it. Fishing. Can’t hit anyone with a tampering fine for that, right?
