LaVar Ball’s desire to see all of his sons play for the Los Angeles Lakers is no secret. The Big Baller Dad is one for one so far on speaking his purple and gold dreams into existence, and he’s made it clear he has a plan to get LiAngelo and LaMelo to join Lonzo with the Lakers.
LaVar said last month that he wants his two younger sons to go unselected in the NBA Draft so they can join the Lakers in free agency. In LaVar’s plan, the three will then lead the Lakers back to title contention.
Given LaVar’s track record of successfully saying things over and over until they happen , it should come as no surprise that he’s already working on getting the plan out in public. Photoshopping rookies into a prospective team’s jersey is par for the course on social media these days, but it’s rarely a year (or more, in LaMelo’s case) before the draft, and never commissioned by their parent’s apparel brand.
Call LaVar a trendsetter:

There is so much greatness here. Apparently once united, the adult Ball sons are so mighty that no only will they win championships, but they’ll change the rules and be allowed to wear chains on the court while parting the Pacific Ocean with their crossovers.
If the Ball’s can control the seas, I think it’s all over for the rest of the league. Just wait a few years, Lakers fans. The Ball’s are (apparently) ready to change the tides of this franchise.
