Kyle Kuzma ticked the young Los Angeles Lakers core another year older, celebrating his 22nd birthday Monday. He’s the fourth-youngest player on the team, with Brandon Ingram, Ivica Zubac and Lonzo Ball all still under 21.
Kuz, who may have gotten the best birthday present ever just a few days ago when he signed a contract with Nike, decided to pat himself on the back with a little four-wheeled birthday treat.
Kuzma will be riding through Los Angeles in a Porsche Panamera, dropping his new ride on Instagram:
It’s a rags to riches story for Kuzma, who’s been upfront about the struggle he saw growing up in Flint, Michigan.
Now, he was one of the biggest breakout rookies in Las Vegas, he’s got a Nike deal and a four-door Porsche to park. That’s not a bad place to be at 22 years old and only getting started.
