Lonzo Ball lived the first day of his Los Angeles Lakers dream Friday. After his hometown team selected him with the No. 2 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft Thursday, Ball spent Fridau getting his introduction to the local media and recording various segments at Spectrum Sportsnet.
With all that stuff in the rearview mirror, however, Ball was able to cross something off his bucket list that every Southern California native has on theirs: tossing out the first pitch at a Los Angeles Dodgers game.
Social media took fans through the whole night. First, Ball received a custom Dodgers jersey:

He even ran into his new boss:

And after a little warm-up, he got to toss out the first pitch:

All in all, it was a pretty good day in LA.
