The Los Angeles Lakers brought in a bunch of fresh faces in the 2017 NBA Draft, selecting four new rookies to join their squad.
The team will officially introduce Lonzo Ball Friday and Kyle Kuzma, Thomas Bryant and Josh Hart at a later date, but two of their new teammates were ready to welcome them right away:
You guys better be ready for something special...... @JoshHart_3 @ZO2_ @nolimittb31 @kylekuzma Welcome to the family, and congratulations!

For his part, president of basketball operations of Magic Johnson was also ready to welcome the new prospects:
Feeling really good about the NBA Draft. Welcome Kyle Kuzma, Thomas Bryant and Josh Hart to the Los Angeles Lakers. Let's get to work!
— Earvin Magic Johnson (@MagicJohnson) June 23, 2017
We’ll see if the new rookies are feeling as “kumbaya” when they’re going through whatever rookie duties Larry and his son have cooked up for them, but seeing players’ excitement at getting to follow their NBA dream is one of the most fun parts of the draft.
