The Los Angeles Lakers are one of fifteen NBA teams expected to scout the “Pro BBall Combine” at IMG Academy Tuesday and Wednesday, according to Alex Kennedy of HoopsHype.
This separate pre-draft combine is expected to feature 22 NBA Draft prospects competing before groups of scouts from multiple NBA teams. Kennedy compiled a full list on his Twitter account:

None of the names on that list look like potential franchise changers right now, however, the same could’ve been said for Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance, Jr. and Ivica Zubac in recent summers.
The Lakers scouting department (which is mostly intact and being added to during their recent front office overhaul) has shown a real knack for finding diamonds in the rough over the last several years.
Maybe none of these guys are that next jewel, but no one can say the team isn’t scouring for every possible option as they head towards the 2017 NBA Draft.
