Lakers News: Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka went to the NBA offices to learn about the new CBA

Learning is fun!

Magic Johnson’s Twitter account

When new Los Angeles Lakers president of basketball operations Magic Johnson took on his post with the team, he was vocal about how he wanted to learn more about the new Collective Bargaining Agreement.

It looks like he did just that this week, tweeting a photo of himself and Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka with NBA commisioner Adam Silver after the two received a crash-course in the new document that will impact much of what they can and can’t do in their new jobs:

In fact.... Wait a second... Computer, enhance that image to see who was teaching them:

Oh my gosh, it’s Parks and Rec’s Ben Wyatt! That’s almost as good as learning from Larry Coon’s CBA FAQ!

Also, it’s pretty cool that Rob Lowe Rob Pelinka was able to bring his old assistant with him to his new post with the Lakers.
