Rob Pelinka reveals his plan to prove he's not Rob Lowe

Let's get this out of the way: new Los Angeles Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka bears a striking resemblance to actor Rob Lowe. The internet has made endless jokes about it from basically the second he was rumored as a candidate for the team's general manager job, but it's not often that jokes from #LakersTwitter make it into real life and get addressed by those at the center of them.

Thankfully, this is not one of those scenarios. Pelinka has heard your jokes, and he has a plan:

This is actually a good sign for Pelinka's tenure as GM. Here is a man who recognized a need he had to address (how much he looked like Rob Lowe) and carefully and thoroughly planned how to handle it. Compared to this, free agency and the draft should be a piece of cake.
