The Los Angeles Lakers pulled off a road victory against the Houston Rockets, snapping the 14-game winning streak the NBA-leading squad was in the midst of. How did they do it? Allow me to introduce this Kyle Kuzma highlight reel to you.
Kuz dropped a career-high 38 points on Houston, going a perfect nine-of-nine in the first half alone. He drained seven threes in the first two frames. To say he was vibing is an understatement.
Kick off your shoes, sit back, and relax with one of the greatest rookie performances in Lakers history. 38 points, seven rebounds and four assists make him the first purple and gold rookie since MAGIC JOHNSON to accomplish such a productive night.
Enough from me:
Did Kuzma expect to have such an offensive explosion this early in his career?
