Big Ballers have big houses, and LaVar Ball upped the ante in a big way. Ball bought a massive 16,000-square-foot mansion in Chino Hills for a cool $5.2 million back in September, and LaVar recently took ESPN on a tour of the spot.
The three-story estate, which is still undergoing renovations, was built back in 2005. How will the family navigate all that distance? An elevator in the main house is a good start, to say the least.
Check out LaVar’s candid tour with ESPN of Casa de Baller:
“I had to get behind the gate, it was getting too crazy on me. Knocking on the door, jumping over the fence, now you gotta get through a gate, and then try to get through MY gate,” Ball said of his newly acquired privacy.
A weight room, a 1,200-square-foot guest house and more luxury to come that we’ve yet to see. This Inland Empire mansion might just end up on an episode of The Filthy Rich Guide in a few months.
