When a team loses by 49 points, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if it looked like they were walking around in weighted vests afterwards. That type of beat down could briefly break the spirit of even the most competitive team, much less a lottery bound one.
It's unknown how the Lakers will collectively respond to such a drubbing, but Brandon Ingram certainly doesn't appear to have lost a step at practice because OHMYGAWHESKEVINDURANTANDGIANNISCOMBINED:

Forget rookie duties or any of that. The rest of the team officially needs to carry Ingram’s bags for the week. That dunk was the closest the soft-spoken Ingram will ever come to looking his teammates in the eyes and saying "I'm the captain now," but it was an effective statement nonetheless.
Man, Ingram is going to be special.
