When Russell Westbrook agreed to renegotiate and extend his contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder, many painted it as yet another loss for the Los Angeles Lakers in a year full of them. Supposedly, the Lakers had missed out on another major target.
But could Westbrook’s new deal actually be a good thing for Los Angeles?
