Paul George revealed that Julius Randle and D’Angelo Russell impressed him with Team USA, and ESPN projected that the Lakers will finish with the third-worst record in the NBA, but otherwise there isn’t a whole lot going on around the purple and gold right now.
With such a relative paucity of news, Harrison Faigen and Anthony Irwin decided now was as good of a time as any to get into some questions from the listeners of Locked on Lakers.
This “mailbag” segment went all over the place, with the hosts answering everything from which of the Lakers’ lineups they think will be be best on offense and defense, how 2002 era Kobe Bryant would fit on the current team, if the team should use their final roster spots on veterans or younger players, and whether or not pregnant women can use the carpool lane (yes, really).
