Brandon Ingram is the newest member of the Los Angeles Lakers, going No. 2 to the purple and gold. This draft was considered a two-player draft at the top, with the Philadelphia 76ers taking Ben Simmons with the first-overall pick.
So who is this Ingram kid on his way to the Lakers? He's a 6'9, 195 lb. forward with a 7'3 wingspan which makes him a lanky monster in the wings. Ingram's a well-rounded shooter who has the foundations of a mid-range game, solid footwork, a smooth three-point stroke and is an able finisher at the rim. He also profiles to be a dynamic defender, caging up his man with his wingspan and athleticism.
Less talking, more watching, though. As always, a big thank you to the fine folks at DraftExpress for always having some of the best draft video content in the world.
