Watch Kobe Bryant go off for 38 points against the Timberwolves, turn back time

Kobe Bryant had one session left to teach young Andrew Wiggins and he took him to school.

Kobe Bryant wouldn't let the Los Angeles Lakers lose a franchise-worst 11 straight games, instead having his best performance of the season with the Minnesota Timberwolves in town. He went toe-to-toe with the future in Andrew Wiggins down the stretch, but ultimately had enough tricks in his bag to put the game away with a game-sealing jumper over the top of his young admirer.

A season-high 38 points, a dagger, the first Lakers victory in weeks, and a nice start to the month of February.

Did you miss it? Do you want to see it again (and again, and again)? The NBA didn't waste any time chopping up the highlights for this one, so enjoy a little Vino:

It's no wonder Wiggins said Kobe "perfected" the game of basketball after the game. This was one to remember in the Kobe farewell tour. Classic Mamba.
