The Los Angeles Lakers turned a 19-point deficit into an impressive win on the road against the Sacramento Kings in no small thanks to Julius Randle. He filled in 15 points, eight rebounds, five assists and one angry DeMarcus Cousins.
The two former Kentucky Wildcats battled throughout the night, with Cousins scoring 28 points but taking an L in the process. Cousins and Randle tangled a few times during the game, eventually resulting in a double technical foul after a slight shove that Julius definitely oversold.
Randle got the best of Cousins, though, sealing the game in the final minutes of the fourth quarter with his defense and transition passing ability. Two of his five assists came in the last five minutes, both after he bolted up the court with the ball in his hands. Those backbreaking dimes would be enough to keep the Kings at bay.
