The Los Angeles Lakers have had a lot of success in their franchise history, despite a few recent down years, so it is only natural that they have inspired other teams over the years, but tonight may have been the first time they were used as a muse in college football. Alabama is currently playing against Ole Miss, and wait a second what was that card they just held up?

Alabama's coaches appeared to use a sign showing the Lakers' logo and a cartoon depiction of moustachioed former Lakers head coach Mike D'Antoni picture of Yosemite Sam :

It scored! That looked better than just about anything the Lakers ran last season, so maybe Byron Scott will have to implement some type of Alabama play when training camp kicks off just 10 days from now in Hawaii.
