The Basketball Gods smiled on the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night when the team not only retained it's first rounder, but jumped up two spots to claim the second overall selection and delay the last penance of the Steve Nash trade at least one more year.
Since the draft order was announced, there have been countless opinions flying across the internet, television, radio, and word of mouth concerning who the Lakers should select. Kobe Bryant is the latest to lend his voice to the fray, and the 19-year NBA veteran gave the Lakers advice in the most "Kobe" way possible:

That's right, Lakers. Just in case your plan was to take a player that sucks, Kobe wants you to know that was a bad idea. No pressure. The good news is, Jahlil Okafor and Karl-Anthony Towns decidedly do not suck.
