Kobe Bryant selling his home, which has a shark tank

No word on if he has dangled Smush Parker over the tank, James Bond villain style.

Kobe Bryant is under contract to sell his Newport Coast home, the Daily Pilot reports. With Bryant under contract for one more season before his likely retirement, this would normally not be news. On the other hand, homes do not usually have A CUSTOM SHARK TANK: From the Daily Pilot (emphasis mine):

Among the amenities are a hair salon, an 850-square-foot gym, a movie theater and a wood-paneled office/library with a custom shark tank. Walnut hardwoods, limestone, pillars and delicate molding highlight the interior details.

That's right, for a paltry somewhere North of $4.78 million, you could not only have your own private movie theater and library, but your very own shark tank.

Bryant once claimed he used a cheetah tail as inspiration for his jumper, so we can only assume he has learned something from his time up close and personal with sharks as well. Get ready for Kobe to start tasting his opponents before he feeds, or to start circling around his man on defense to mark his prey.

Or maybe this is just the legendarily hyper-competitive Bryant's way of one upping Nick Young and his new dolphin friends. Swaggy fights dolphins, but Kobe captures sharks.
