Ryan Kelly has been a disaster at small forward example #1,756

On the day of his first start at power forward this season, a not-so-fond look back at Ryan Kelly at small forward.

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

A ton of ink has been spilled on the tire fire that is the "Ryan Kelly: NBA Small Forward" experiment. The latest on the topic comes from the esteemed Zach Lowe's always must read weekly column:

Let's take a look at what has been probably the saddest highlight reel in league history:

1) Ryan Kelly gets crippled by Chandler Parsons

2) Ryan Kelly tries a skyhook with all the grace of a three-legged giraffe

3) Ryan Kelly mops the floor at a D-Fenders game

That is the list. Unless this has all been an elaborate favor to take that "worst FG% on 2 pointers min. 100 attempts" record away from fellow Blue Devil Bobby Hurley, this is just getting sad.

There is no way he can do worse in his first start at power forward tonight right?
