Lakers @ Jazz Live Game Thread

The LA Lakers (14-41) visit the Utah Jazz (21-34) tonight at Energy Solutions Arena. Tip off is set for 6:00 pm PST.

Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports

Tonight, the Lakers will play against the Jazz in their second of 3 meetings this year. The Lakers last played on Sunday, getting a rare win over the Celtics, for their first win in their last 17 games. The Lakers have been hit by the injury bug again, as Nick Young will sit out tonight's game due to swelling in his knees. The Lakers will also be without Kobe Bryant, Ronnie Price, Steve Nash & Julius Randle, who have all been ruled out for the season. For a more in depth summary of tonight's match up, check out the game preview: Lakers @ Jazz Preview. Here are tonight's projected starters:

Los Angeles Lakers Utah Jazz
PG Jordan Clarkson Dante Exum
SG Wayne Ellington Joe Ingles
SF Ryan Kelly Gordon Hayward
PF Carlos Boozer Derrick Favors
C Robert Sacre
Rudy Gobert

Your drinking triggers for tonight include anyone mentioning:

  • Nick Young sitting out with swelling in his knee.
  • Ronnie Price or Carlos Boozer being former Jazz players.
  • The Jazz trading Enes Kanter at the trade deadline.
  • Ronnie Price having season ending elbow surgery.
  • The Lakers victory on Sunday against the Celtics.
