Kobe Bryant has an interesting way of motivating his teammates

Breaking: NBA players sometimes have potty mouths.

One of the prevailing criticisms of Kobe Bryant over his 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers has been that he is allegedly a poor teammate. Well, Kobe put all of that speculation to rest when he gave his young teammates the most motivation speech this side of the fictional U.S. President in "Independence Day":

It was also easily the best NBA speech vine since Stan Van Gundy gave the Detroit Pistons tips on brick masonry:

Way to fire up the young fellas, Kobe. Hopefully his kids and wife were out of earshot.
