Check out Kobe Bryant hitting a fadeaway jumper on the baseline in Lakers camp

One more day until some actual games

As he has done so many times throughout his 19-year career, Kobe Bryant just knocked down a tough jumper from almost behind the backboard during the Los Angeles Lakers' training camp scrimmage (via Bill Oram of the Orange County Register):

Kobe is back, and it is great to see flashes of what made him arguably the best player in Lakers' franchise history. Yes, I am aware that we are still in training camp. With all of the injuries Bryant has sustained in recent years, it is just nice to see him back out on the court doing Kobe things. Don't worry, real (kind of, it is the preseason after all) basketball begins again tomorrow when the Lakers take on the Utah Jazz in Hawaii for the first of two matchups against former assistant coach Quin Snyder's crew. The offseason is almost over.
