Lakers vs Wizards Live Game Thread

The LA Lakers (22-45) host the Washington Wizards (35-33) tonight at the STAPLES Center. Tip off is set for 7:30 pm PST.

Tonight the Lakers will host a Washington Wizards team that is still fighting for playoff position in the Eastern Conference. The Wizards may be without their starting center, Marcin Gortat, due to back spasms that he has been dealing with for over a week. The Lakers will be without Jordan Farmar, Jordan Hill, Kobe Bryant & possibly Chris Kaman. Nick Young is expected to make a return from a knee issue tonight, but Wesley Johnson will be sitting out with an illness. Kent Bazemore will get the start at SF in his absence. Strangely enough, Steve Nash might be available for tonight's game, after being labeled 'done for the season'. For a more in depth summary of tonight's game, check out the preview: Washington Wizards at Los Angeles Lakers Preview. Here are tonight's projected starters:

Los Angeles Lakers Washington Wizards

Your drinking triggers for tonight include anyone mentioning:

  • Steve Nash being available for game action.

  • Former Laker Trevor Ariza.

  • Nick Young returning from a knee injury.

  • Draft lottery prospects playing in the NCAA tournament.

  • Marcin Gortat's back.
