Oh, it's bad. Somehow, someway, the NBA and Adidas seems to do their best to top out with the ugliest jerseys of the year each and every Christmas. Now, the fun doesn't stop here. Let's take a look at the back of the jersey:

So what's happening here? Well, for starters, there's a hideous choice of putting a rectangle around the names for more color. It seems to look extra-bad with the Lakers' color scheme. Second, first names? Why? Probably more of a "why not" deal for the league office, I suppose.
