Tonight, the Lakers will play against the Phoenix Suns at the Honda Center. They will act as the visiting team, even though Anaheim is much closer to Los Angeles than Phoenix. They will look to build on the gritty victory they got against a Utah Jazz team that was resting Trey Burke & only played Gordon Hayward and Derrick Favors in the first quarter. The Lakers will get Jeremy Lin back, but nobody knows yet whether he will be starting or coming off the bench. The Lakers will still be without Nick Young (thumb surgery), Jordan Clarkson (strained calf), Xavier Henry (knee), Ryan Kelly (hamstring) & most likely Steve Nash (old). For a more in depth summary of tonight's match up, check out the game preview: Lakers @ Suns Preview. Here are tonight's projected starters:
Los Angeles Lakers | Phoenix Suns | |
PG | Ronnie Price | Goran Dragic |
SG | Kobe Bryant | Eric Bledsoe |
SF | Wesley Johnson | Anthony Tolliver |
PF | Carlos Boozer | Marcus Morris |
C | Jordan Hill | Miles Plumlee |
Your drinking triggers for tonight include anyone mentioning:
- The Lakers comeback versus the Jazz on Sunday.
- Byron Scott happy with Julius Randle's effort in the last game.
- Jeremy Lin returning to action.
- The Lakers needing to play gritty.
- The 3-headed monster at guard for the Suns.
