The Credits: "How The West Was Won"

In one of the least memorable All-Star weekends to date, the NBA's premier showcase pitting West vs East was able to recapture some of the lost spark from Friday's and Saturday's events. On the heels of one of the worst Slam Dunk contests in recent memory, the West was able to overcome an East rally and win 152-149.

MVP of the match, Kevin Durant, scored 36, Kobe added 27 plus some blood and a nasal fracture, and Blake Griffin put up 22 to derail LeBron James and Co.'s attempt at victory. In an ending that threw Twitter into a frenzy, one tweet summarized it all, via Paul Flannery.

Every NBA meme ever was crammed into that last play.
