Lakers forward Metta World Peace dislocated his middle finger during the team's game against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. According to ESPN Los Angeles' Dave McMenamin:
The injury occurred when World Peace came from the weak side to strip the ball away from the Kings' DeMarcus Cousins as he prepared to go up with it on the baseline, just one possession after World Peace hit a 3-pointer to put L.A. up by one with 2:57 remaining. He played through the injury and got his finger taped after the game.
Looks like Ron Artest MWP will be fine to play in the next game, though. Good news!
