N e ways, if you're tuning in tonight for the sole purpose of watching Theo Ratliff, which I assume is the case for about 70% of you, you're SOL. Per Mike Trudell, Theo is out with knee tendonitis. Both Derrick Caracter and Devin Ebanks are on the active roster.
