The wait for the second round to begin seemed an eternity, but these past two days have seemed longer. The Rockets played extremely well in Game 1, but the Lakers helped out with some poor play of their own so players and fans alike would like nothing more than to begin Game 2 and get that sour taste out of their mouths. Tip time is 7:30 pm PDT and we've had all the reactions from Game 1 and looks towards Game 2 covered here on SS&R.
- Here are the Laker links from today and here are the links out of Houston.
- We've got news from the LA Times that Odom is likely going to get the start tonight instead of Bynum.
- We had a Q&A with The Dream Shake, SB Nation's Rockets blog.
- There are links out of Houston regarding Game 1 and some more from LA and around the country.
- We have an analysis of Game 1 and Dexter's tempo-free boxscore breakdown from the opener.
So you've got everything you need to get ready for Game 2. Before we get there we have the Magic in Boston taking on the Celtics so air out your thoughts on that, let us know what you think and hopefully, we can get a Lakers' win tonight anchored by some defense like this:
