We haven't seen this Pau Gasol since Phil Jackson retired................................................................ Hopefully, with superstars Dwight Howard and Steve Nash in the mix and his renewed confidence after a standout Olympics performance, the 2009-2010 Pau will return and bring the Lakers another championship. Still think Josh Smith is a better fit for the Lakers?
CP3 alley-oop to KB24... July 23, 2011 - Smart Araneta Coliseum
I'm sure many of the devout laker fans have seen this, but being a Trail Blazers fan I saw this for the first time today and thought I would share it with everyone.
Breaking the finals record for 3's in a game, Ray Allen had the eye of the tiger as he took on all comers. No one could slow him down as he shot 8-11 from 3 point range on his way to a 32 point night. For even more basketball: BBALLBREAKDOWN.COM
Here is the first part of our breakdown of Game 2. Some good adjustments, better play all around and Rondo has made his mark early. For even more: http://bballbreakdown.com
Robin Lopez had a differential of +2 which is unheard of in a game where his team lost by 21. He needs to play more than 24 minutes for the Suns to have a chance. But the Lakers look too strong and big for anyone left in this league. VIsit us at http://bballbreakdown.com for even more basketball!
Video posted on Ball Don't Lie of the craziest Kobe fan I've ever seen.
Heres a new mix I made. Kobe hasnt always been known as a clutch player. In game 5 of the 1997 Eastern Conference Semifinals, he missed a shot to win the game in the 4th quarter and 2 three-pointers to tie the game in the last minute of overtime, all of the shots being airballs. With that the Utah Jazz ended the playoffs for the Lakers in the 2nd round. Shaquille O'Neal commented years later that "Kobe was the only guy who had the guts at the time to take shots like that." Ever since that horrible experience in his rookie year, Kobe has worked harder and has learned how to make those shots with the game on the line. This vid features some lines from Carmelo Anthony's Become Legendary commercial as well as some of Kobe's recent gamewinners. Enjoy!
Kobe best player of decade? Do you all even agree with this?
