Most of the posts on this blog, and others covering the Los Angeles Lakers, about players over the summer are about workouts. Which players are working out, how often, etc.
But despite what people who comment on NBA players’ Instagram posts will tell you, no one can be in the gym all day. Sometimes it’s nice to let loose and have a little fun, which is exactly what a few members of the Lakers did earlier this week.
Lakers head coach Luke Walton, as well as players Tarik Black, Larry Nance, Jr. and Ivica Zubac went to Disneyland this week and based on social media it looked like they had a great time. It was the first trip to the park for Nance and his son Zubac.
Based on the account sending out the pictures, it also seems safe to assume we’ll be getting a Backstage Lakers segment on the trip, which should be fun:

Nance’s Instagram story near the new Guardian’s of the Galaxy ride was also a must-watch that day:

How three of the Lakers’ largest players fit on all of those rides together is still a mystery, but regardless, chemistry is important and it’s good to see that the team actually enjoys spending time together during the offseason.
