Pau Gasol has been ruled out of Tuesday's contest against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Pau Gasol will not play in Tuesday night's contest against the Milwaukee Bucks, via the official Lakers Twitter feed.

Gasol hasn't played since Sunday against the Denver Nuggets. Originally, the Lakers chose to keep him away from sitting on the sidelines during games as the loud noises and bright lights are both things to avoid while trying to recover from a concussion. Pau, however, was on the bench during the Cavaliers at Lakers game, despite being held out. Now, he will miss another game. Thursday night would be a great day to bring the big man back to the court, as the Miami Heat will be visiting, and the Lakers will be hitting the road for three games after that.

In the meantime, Gasol has been given a chance to gather another stretch of rest on his legs, and perhaps this could be an asset against the plantar fascitis in his right foot. Another game without Gasol that the Lakers need to win in order to climb the ladder to the playoffs. Updates on Pau and his concussion as they come in.
