NOTES: The TPE cannot be used to take in a salary bigger than the amount it is listed for ($8.9 million). Kobe cannot restructure his contract--AT ALL. He also has a "no trade clause", no matter what you may work up on the trade machine. And Lamar Odom could not return to the Lakers until after December 11, 2012.
