So I guess this quote from Scottie Pippen describing Kobe means Kobe is a mature prick.

Scottie still burns to this day for what Kobe did to his teams in the playoffs.

I have to believe Pippen thought he was going to steal center stage with MJ retired, but instead he stayed in the wings. I do feel for Pippen becoming the poster child for side-kicks and second fiddles.

So Andre Miller wants to be a starter?

Why not give a call to the Nuggets? I mean he plays ok defense, and has excellent playmaking ability. He could bring a lot to the Lakers. He just can’t shoot from the outside. Also Aaron Brooks will be available in March, why not try to bring him in if the money is right. I know some team will probably blow him away with a deal, but i think his shooting would be an asset to us.

Glad to see that dwyer's article on Kobe/Lebron

wasn’t posted on here. smh at the entire premise here’s a preview for you… Whole lot of blaming going on here…

For years, Phil Jackson chafed at Bryant for preferring to look the 40-dropping martyr in a loss over a marginalized cog (at least, that’s how Kobe probably took it) in a win, and even 15 years into his career Bryant is still working under his same showy, soap-opera guidelines. Every shot has to be the “three … two … one … Bryant for the win …”-type that kids take by themselves while shooting away on the playground.
This is why both men are unsuccessful.
You heard me. This is why, and not because of a glaring lack of depth, that the Lakers fell in 2003 and 2004. They could have taken the Spurs and Pistons in those years. This is why things didn’t work out last May, against Dallas (Los Angeles couldn’t grab one game? Come on) in the playoffs.
This is why LeBron fell, in 2009. This is why he failed against Dallas last June. This is why he falls down on Wednesday night, against the Clippers in Los Angeles.

LOL, the Lakers fell in 2003 and 2004, but don't mention that they succeeded in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2009, and 2010. Oh, right, those weren't Kobe's wins.

Serious fucktardedness going on there.

This is the most depressing thing I've ever read in my life,

if Kobe is unsuccessful by being: indisputably one of the best ever and achieving a huge amount of his goals, and spending years being the best in the world at what he does, and having 5 years in which no one in his field achieved more, than I am gonna be a failure forever.

I guess the fact that Shaq weighed 358 lbs had little to do with the 2003 loss

Seriously. Dude was like 30 lbs overweight when they lost to the Spurs.

What is the nature of your thoughts, gentlemen, when you say "fuddle duddle" or something like that?
