That Orlando Sentinal article

is one of the worst pieces of writing I have seen in some time.

You haven't been reading TJ Simers or Bill Plashke, I take it.

I've seen better written articles on Bleacher Report and Golden State of Mind.

Okay, maybe I’m taking it too far.

I think it was one of those "fan perspectives" articles, not by a paid writer. At least I hope so.

Yeah, that was pretty awful.

First of all they aren’t getting Bynum and Pau for Howard alone. Second the comment about Bynum not being an all-star was ridiculous too. Bynum has not been an All-Star because of a) injuries and b) Yao Ming.

Third, no one knows if Jim Buss gives a damn what Kobe has to say yet.

Fourth, he mentions that Bynum played his first game yesterday, but failed to mention that he was a BEAST. I guess that didn’t fit his stupid scenario.

Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."

I'll be really happy when I don't have to keep on reading his stuff to get updates on the Dwight situation.

His stuff is generally bad, although beat writers not from larger markets tend to write pretty bad stuff about teams they don’t personally cover.

Orlando Sentinal

Magic Fans are delusional if they think the Lakers will give up both Andrew and Pau for Howard. Dr Buss is interested in winning now. We are not going to begin the rebuilding process while Kobe still has significant game left.

I love to read Denver Stiffs recap after a Nuggets/Lakers game

They ALWAYS blame the referees. At least this time they waited until the last few lines of the recap.

The Lakers utilized the refs and a 10-2 run in the final 3:40 to win the game.

Billy Mac: "Lamar, can you see yourself actually getting in the (boxing) ring"?
Lamar Odom: "No. My face is too pretty."

It's Vescey, so take this with a skyscraper-sized pillar of salt, but:
Sources say the Lakers offered Pau Gasol to the T’Wolves for Kevin Love after the league canceled the Chris Paul trade. Wouldn’t you?

Interesting...

I would pull the trigger on that deal. While Love doesn’t have the post up game that Gasol has, he is even better when it comes to spacing the floor. If the Lakers could turn Bynum into Howard before the deadline the Lakers would have the next 10 years set with a Howard-Love frontline. Tons of rebounding, a dominant center, and an excellent shooter to spread the floor.

Dammit.

At least they checked.

If that were true, Minny should've thought hard about it.

Rubio would’ve done a 720 degree backflip if he caught wind of this.
