I understand everyone wants Kobe to organize team workouts.
However, not every player is going to show up for the workout because some are not insured or covered. The rookies have no salary. The agents of players could tell their clients not to attend because it isn’t in their best interest. Not practicing during the lockout hasn’t hurt Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.
Yeah. I don't think organized workouts would serve any purpose except to appease fans.
They still need to learn Mike Brown’s and Ettore Messina’s system. Seeing as they can’t right now, it would only be pick-up games. I think it’s best to learn under the new staff fresh.
