I always like being the hunter, I’m going after something. It doesn’t matter that I have one now, that means nothing to me. I have five (NBA titles), next year I’m playing like I don’t have five, you know what I mean? I’m playing for that one. I’m not looking over my shoulder and seeing who is coming behind me, I’m coming to get something else.

AD was such a unique player...

he had a nice mid-range shot (iirc a lot of the time it was a face up set shot) that he could fake and drive and get to the rim off of and he stayed in great shape; for a 6’5" guy he had a lot of good post move also. I liked his ft routine a lot also at the 7: 40 mark. Picking up more offense to go with all that defense

I choose one of the forgotten Cs from back in the day

Walt Bellamy

who surprisingly never was All-NBA despite being one of the league’s leading rebounders every year and never having a season where he had less than 10 rebounds per 36 minutes.

He also happened to play 88 games in a season lol. Long story lol

Thought long about my SF, and I'm going with:

Tracy Mcgrady!

There is another SF out there that I won’t name that I considered, but T-Mac shot a little better from range, while not giving up too much defensively.

He and Paul will help to spread the floor for me quite nicely, and both can create for themselves, especially the ORL version of T-Mac.

ORL-Era T-Mac averaged over 25 ppg, over 6 rebs, nearly 5 assists, 0.9 blocks and 1.9 stls while shooting nearly 36% from 3pt rng and 44% FG% overall.

He has not enjoyed much post-season success, but surrounded by this crew he’ll be a winner.

Big Dave Cowens!

Averaging over 17 pts and almost 14 rebs pg, he held down the paint for Boston in the 70’s after Russell retired. He adds more toughness and interior presence to our team.

10 rounds
I was thinking we’d have 15-25 members, maybe 20 is a nice number of people to have a snake type draft of this sorts. Basically you’ll be able to pick your starting 5 and a bench of 5 players. So they’ll be a total of 10 rounds. You want to have at least 1 PG, 1 SG, 1 SF, 1 PF, and 1 C. Your bench can be filled with any position. If you want a 5 center bench do it!

With the final pick of the 6th round,

The Bam Boodlers select Yao Ming “Yao Ming” Yao Ming.

At a whopping 7’6" my team just added even more height behind Kareem and Pau. Assuming I’m getting the good and healthy Yao, I’ve added a great center and 1.3 billion new fans. My entire team is practically guaranteed an All Star berth :P

Then, you have them both. Should I settle for Hawkins or Ellis?

Romo has nine fourth quarter comebacks and 10 game-winning drives since becoming the full-time starter in 2006. He also has thrown 34 fourth quarter touchdowns, tied for third among NFL quarterbacks since 2006.

I like this "choking" thing Romo does.

'Gone' as in 'picked'?

Yes, I also thought so. I was going to pick Tyson Chandler because I didn’t expect Bill Laimbeer to fall this deep. But turns out you’ve picked Tyson, and while I was searching for a good big I came across a Bad Boys video. I Ctrl + F this thread for ‘Bill’, and I only found Bill Russell, Bill Walton, Chauncey Billups, and billions.

tl;dr I picked Laimbeer because of you.

I'm not teasing you because I'm saying you're a bandwagon fan,

I’m teasing you because I’m a 49er fan, there’s a lot of history between 49ers and Cowboys and the 49ers just blew it against the Cowboys a weekend ago. The Heat reference is obviously because I’m a Laker fan and then Yankees is because whoever isn’t a Yankee fan obviously hates the Yankees haha, I’m a Giants fan. So no I’m not questioning your fanness, I’m just shocked at how we are opposites in 3 different sports! :P
