something's should be better off left alone.
im just going to get right to the point, what is it going to take, for lamar odom, to finally get voted for this game? he's been about the only consistant player, along with kobe bryant, helping keep the lakers at that #2 seed out west. i really dont think the fans should have full voting power in this game. back when the all-star game was just starting out, the coach's were the one's who voted.
it seem's to me, that all fan's see is the name on the back of the jersey, instead of the actual output on the court. where this lead's me to question, how 4 celtic player's be voted on, reserve or not. a player like carlos boozer, who missed a significant amount of time this yr, get's snubbed, but kevin garnett missed almost the same amount, and yet he's voted in? kevin love has been posting up some monster double-double's, but yet, kevin garnett gets voted on? unreal.
im not trying sound biased here, and just start trashing any celtics here, but, there are more deserving player's in the east, that should of gotten consideration. this game lost a onetime fan along time ago, this game has turned into a joke. along with the dunk contest, 3 point shootout, and skill's challenge? really? some thing's need to be reconfigured next yr. but my biggest gripe, is the fact, that the n.b.a. allow's us fans to vote for your favorite player, that's fine, but at least vote for someone, who's at least been playing in the season. (yao ming). that's all us fan's need tosee, is some player voted on, in a suit and tie, as a reserve! why waste the fan's, and league's time. but that's all i have to say, take care everyone.
