But since Kobe’s such a huge “global” ambassador in Asia (specifically in China and Taiwan), I guess it was time to let bygones be bygones? Plus, Jay Chou is like king in Taiwan and China. Kobe appearing in a commercial with him, is a huge popularity boost there. Like he wasn’t popular there already, but it’s pretty a huge deal right now in the Asian community.
