I think they're getting under the skin of the fans more than the Lakers.

Well, they got under Matt Barnes' skin at least.

BTW, I think someone (either theshmoes or the LA Times) messed up that first headline. Pau accused the Clippers of flopping… Matt Barnes accused them of “celebrating every dunk like they were in the dunk contest”.

Schmoes didn't write the headline, that came from the Times.

Cringing every time Bynum or another bit would set a screen for FP

defenders are always going to go under FP, doesn’t mean you have to take that shot every time

@DevinEbanks3 is looking good this year… honestly I would rather see him start and Barnes off of the bench

Ortiz released the following statement through Golden Boy Promotions:

"I would like to deny any and all rumors that I am dating Vanessa Bryant. In fact, Mrs. Bryant and I have never met. It is unfortunate that during her family’s trying times in her relationship with Kobe, uncaring people start these rumors without any merit. The only date I have is with Destiny on Feb. 11, 2012, against Andre Berto. That is the only date I am focusing on."

Okur was a good trade for the Nets. See, the lakers could have used that dude. He’s a big, and can shoot. We didn’t think he was worth a 2nd round pick?

Sigh
“It’s not really going to heal,” Bryant conceded. “I mean, it’s gone. The ligament is gone. So there’s nothing I can do about it. But I’ve dealt with so many hand injuries. It should be all right.”

Kobe killing hopes LOL
“We were talking earlier about a story today with myself, and Kobe and [Lakers assistant coach John] Kuester,” said Brown. "A couple of years ago, we played the Lakers. And it was in front of our bench, I’m glad I didn’t see it, because I might have passed out, but Kobe popped one of his fingers out of place. As you can see, I’m queasy thinking about it. Kuester was like, ‘Man! We might have a chance!’ And all Kobe did was, boop, pull it out, put it back in and he continued playing.

I remember that. Kobe's finger was dislocated and Gary Vitti had to pop it back into place. Kobe went down on his knees in pain.

Said it was the worst pain he’d ever felt. Then it was over.

If I remember correctly,

that was also the same game where Kobe made that crazy “touch the ceiling” shot over Lebron. Sickness.

Well when you know someone is better than you..they get under your skin. It was very obvious. It’s called getting frustrated.
