When the Celtics come out as flat as they did, you have to look at the lack of leadership as a main culprit. No one on Boston grabbed guys by the jerseys, looked them in the eye, and forced them into a better effort. If they don't right this ship, it'll sail off into the night carrying the NBA Trophy to LA.
