Kobe is right in what he said today after the game. Defense wins championships, not pretty offense. If you score only one basket but don’t allow the other team to score, you still win. It won’t be pretty but you win. The team needs to focus on getting defensive stops and turnovers in order to get into an offensive flow. That always gets the offense going. Good defense sparks good offense, not vice versa. Kobe is right.
